1. How do I place multiple items in my shopping cart?

Place your items in the shopping cart one item at a time. For example, if there are multiple items on a page, each item will have a box where you can enter the quantity and an Add to Cart button next to it. Look at the following example...

If you want 2 Large Black Yaktrax Walk and 3 Small Green Yaktrax Walk, you would enter 2 in the appropriate quantity box for the Large Black Yaktrax Walker and click the "Add to Cart" button at the bottom of that quantity box. This places 2 large Black Yaktrax Walkers in your cart. You would see the following screen...

Order Help Cart Example

To order the another item, click the "BACK TO SHOPPING" button... or press the Back Button on your browser. This will take you back to the page where you entered the first item. In our example, you would now enter 3 in appropriate quantity box for the Small Green Yaktrax and click the "Add to Cart" button to the right of that quantity box. It would then add 3 Small Green Yaktrax to the cart.

When you click the "BACK TO SHOPPING" button and you return to the page you last visited where you entered the last item, you can navigate to any other page on my website to enter another item into your shopping cart.

2. Why do I see the number 1 in every quantity box?

The minimum order quantity is one and therefore pre populates the Quantity box for each item. But every box works independently. Clicking the Add to Cart button only affects the item associated with that box. If you want to order more than one, simply change it.

3.How do I change the quantity for an item I want already in my shopping cart?

There are two ways.

First, you can enter and additional quantity from the page you originally entered the item into the cart. For example, if you had placed an item in the cart with a quantity of 1 and you returned to the page where you originally entered the item and clicked on the "Add to Cart" button again next to the item you already ordered the additional quantity would be added to the quantity for that item in your cart.

Second, simply change the quantity appearing in the cart for the item you want to change and then click on the Update button which appears directly below the quantity you just changed.

1.When I try to place an item in the cart I am getting an error message that "Page temporarily not available. Please try back later."

3. I'm getting the following error when I submit my payment information...
Payment Processor Error:

Don't even fool around with it. Just call me right away at
1-888-205-4477. I'll be able to see your order details, enter your order manually and submit your payment information another way that avoids the problem.

4. Military Addresses - what do I enter for City and State?
  
Enter APO for the City. Enter the "Armed Forces" selection from the State Drop Down Menu.
