We guarantee 100% satisfaction with the products you receive from us. If you are dissatisfied please do the following:
- Carefully package the items you want to return and send them using Parcel Post insured or UPS with shipping charges prepaid***.
C.O.D. returns will be refused.
- Enclose a letter telling us the reason for the return making sure that you include the name, address, and zip code of the person who placed the order.
- Tell us if you are looking for a refund, exchange, or repair.
***Note: We will reimburse you for the shipping costs you incur for returning defective merchandise or due to shipping errors caused by our error.
Replacement merchandise will be sent via USPS Priority Mail. |
