If the item you're looking for is within 30 ft. the one you're looking for will sound a loud 94 dB audible alarm. With a 30 ft. range it doesn't take long to cover the entire house. What if the item she's looking for is in a heavy coat pocket or at the bottom of the hamper in the laundry? You're probably not going to hear the audio signal no matter how loud it is. But there's an LED light on the FOFA that you're using to locate the other item that may be buried that blinks when you're in that 30 ft. range.
