  • FOFA stands for Find One Find All. Unlike almost every other key finder there's no base unit that is then used to find the actual items you're trying to locate. Any FOFA Key Finder can find any other key finder. So there's no base unit to misplace that would make the whole key finder system useless. With FOFA Key Finders all you have to have is any one of the items with a FOFA Key Finder attached to find any of the other items.
  • Elderly people who may have hearing problems are better able to hear a FOFA Key Finder because the alarm is a loud 94dB.
  • Elderly people who are hearing impaired can still find the item their looking for because of the FOFA's patented 2-way RFID communications. When you press the number key corresponding to the item you're looking for the FOFA you're holding sends out a unique signal that travels through walls, ceilings, cushions and coat pockets. If the item you're trying to locate is within 30 feet it will sound the loud 94dB alarm. When found the item you're trying to locate then sends a signal back to the FOFA Key Finder you're holding causing a red LED to blink. The closer you are to the item you're trying to locate the faster it blinks. So even if you can't hear the key finder attached to the item you're trying to locate...because of a hearing disability or simply because the item is under a cushion on the sofa...you can still find it.

  • FOFA's are extremely easy to setup. Now you do have to re program them when you change the battery. Batteries last approximately one year with normal use. They use a common, inexpensive CR2032. But if you're concerned about finding them I do sell them below if you want to order extras to have on hand because they have a shelf life of 5 years. If you would have trouble setting up your key finders simply call me and I will help you through the process. You can also watch a video I prepared to show you how easy it is to do it.

FOFAs do not come with Velcro®. But I'll send you a ¾" square of Velcro® with each Flat FOFA Key Finder so you won't have to buy a whole package of Velcro® when most times you only need one piece. This saves you a trip to the store and about $2.50 for the Velcro®.
